The installation files do not come with a key.
There is a key generator at http://www.cdaction.pl/seriale/Tribes_Zemsta
This is a Polish site, but it can be trusted. Hundreds of people have used it.
Simply insert your email address in the box and it will generate a key and email it to you.
Check your email, highlight the key it sent, right click, and select copy.

Navigate to the following folder:
C:\\Program Files\VUGames\Tribes Vengeance\Program\Bin

and open the program called tvkeychanger.exe

Paste your key in the blank and press "Just Do It Already!"

YOU ARE READY TO PLAY!!! Just open up the game.
